What it does
Reads accounts and contacts, compares them with Zywave market data, and proposes corrections (employee counts, missing primary contacts, dead phone numbers). Every write stays a proposal until you approve it. Entirely placeholder.

- Book of business audit: Sweep every active account and contact in your CRM and return an Excel workbook of what is missing, duplicated, or stale. Read-only.
- Contact enrichment refresh: Find accounts with missing or stale contacts, preview today’s decision-makers at no cost, and enrich only the ones you approve.
- Bulk account and contact import: Load a spreadsheet of companies and people into Zywave, creating the accounts first and then their contacts, with a dry run before a single write.

These buttons try to pre-fill the prompt for you. Open Claude launches the Claude Desktop app (it won't work if you only use Claude in a browser); Open ChatGPT pre-fills the web chat when the browser allows it. Neither is guaranteed, so both also copy the prompt to your clipboard as a fallback -- if the tool opens with an empty box, paste. Connect the Zywave MCP in that tool first, or the prompt has no Zywave data to work with.
