What it does

Extracts the policies and the contract requirements, pulls the blank ACORD 25 from the Zywave content library, compares what exists against what was asked for, and produces a fillable and a flattened certificate dated today. A coverage with no policy document is left blank, not guessed.

What you get back

  • Filled ACORD 25, fillable and flattened, signed
  • A gap report: what the contract required that the policies don’t show
  • The extracted policy data, reusable by the compliance review
