Reads the whole book: accounts with no contact, no primary contact, or no reachable email; likely duplicate accounts and contacts; stale and inactive-but-not-archived records; incomplete addresses. Nothing is changed. Clean-up is offered afterwards as a separate, confirmed step.

  • A workbook with Summary, Findings, Duplicates, and Accounts tabs
  • Counts and percentages per check, split by client and prospect
  • Duplicate candidate sets with a suggested survivor for a human to confirm
