What it does

Two phases, one approval. Resolves every company in the file against the book, proposes accounts for the ones that don’t exist with firmographics from Zywave market data, validates every contact row against the API’s limits, checks duplicates, and produces a dry-run workbook. Creates accounts, then contacts, only after you review it. Ambiguous companies are held, never guessed.

What you get back

  • Dry-run workbook with an Accounts-to-create tab and every contact row’s outcome
  • Import report with accounts created, contacts created and updated, skipped, failed, held
