What it does

Finds the contact gaps in a segment of the book, previews current decision-makers by name and title from Zywave market data for free, quotes the metered count, and enriches and writes only the named scope. Updates existing contacts rather than duplicating; never deletes.

What you get back

  • Proposal table with the enrichment count before anything is metered
  • Contacts created or updated, and the accounts that couldn’t be resolved

Example prompt

Add the skill to your AI client first, then paste this. Swap the bracketed bits, and the names and numbers, for your own.

Refresh the decision-maker contacts on our Minnesota commercial accounts that have no email on file. Show me the cost first.

These buttons try to pre-fill the prompt for you. Open Claude launches the Claude Desktop app (it won't work if you only use Claude in a browser); Open ChatGPT pre-fills the web chat when the browser allows it. Neither is guaranteed, so both also copy the prompt to your clipboard as a fallback -- if the tool opens with an empty box, paste. Connect the Zywave MCP in that tool first, or the prompt has no Zywave data to work with.

What it needs from you

Nothing from your client. Everything it needs is already in Zywave. Run it and review the output.

Details to fill in when you run it:

  • A segment, a list of accounts, or nothing for the whole book

Preview is free, enrichment is metered, and the producer approves the exact scope between the two. Writes to the CRM and has not yet been live-evaluated; validate in the sandbox tenant before using on production data.

Guides exist for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini Enterprise. Custom integrations talk to the MCP server directly, so start from the MCP Apps reference for those.
